2. Definitions

"Services" refers to all design consultations, decor sourcing, space planning, and related offerings provided by Hydraulicliftgarage. "User," "you," and "your" refer to you and any entity you represent in connection with your use of our Services. "Content" includes all materials on our website including text, images, graphics, and design concepts.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Consultation Services

Our interior design consultation services are provided on a professional advisory basis. While we strive to provide high-quality guidance based on Japanese design principles and best practices, we do not guarantee specific aesthetic or functional outcomes. Clients remain responsible for all final decisions regarding design implementation and material selection.

5. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (¥) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment must be received before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
• All sales are final unless cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations requested more than 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested between 7-14 days prior result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation. No refunds are provided for purchased digital lookbooks or completed services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including design concepts, photographs, lookbooks, and written materials, are the exclusive property of Hydraulicliftgarage and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for viewing purposes only.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to us (such as photos of your space for consultation), you grant Hydraulicliftgarage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for analysis, improvement of services, and portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydraulicliftgarage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information presented on our website.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we encourage you to review them independently.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydraulicliftgarage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, or your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity. Termination does not relieve you of any financial obligations incurred prior to termination.
